UK Water Softeners have been fantastic!  We are absolutely delighted with both our water softener and remineraliser.  Quite an awkward installation, however Andrew worked out a solution for us and the softener has been installed neatly and professionally. Great service from a professional company. Sarah was very quick to respond to our enquiry and visited to give us a demo and explain options within days. UK Water Softeners have been absolutely superb from start to finish. We hadn't had a system before so we were new to all this, Sarah came round and explained everything and showed the systems they sell. Sarah answered all my questions and it felt like a company that cared for customers through their choice of quality products and plumbers. The install from Pete was effortless, I was sent a picture of him beforehand so knew who to expect, he turned up on time and I barely knew he was in the house until he gave a demo of the system - which has been working a treat over the last few months. Price wise they were marginally cheaper than another company, installed an outside tap for £50 which I thought was really good value, even their salt is pretty much the cheapest I can find online. Quick, efficient and clean installation from Peter the plumber and great communication from Sarah and Andrew. Excellent experience from the very first call- we spoke to several companies but Sarah and Co at UK water softeners were the ONLY ones who took the time to understand exactly what we wanted- and even sent their fitter/plumber to visit prior to agreement/installation so we would be sure exactly how our softener would fit etc. Fitting was fantastic, no mess or damage to my kitchen and care was taken to ensure I knew exactly how my system works.
